Business technology support
Keep everyday technology from slowing down your business.
When a computer, account, printer, or piece of software gets in the way, you get one local person who will diagnose the problem, explain the options clearly, and help get work moving again.
Problems I can help with
Start with the interruption—not the technology label.
- Computers, printers, or Wi-Fi interrupting the workday
- Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, email, or account problems
- Files scattered across computers, inboxes, and cloud drives
- New employees who need accounts, software, and equipment set up
- Backups that have never been checked or tested
- Software that is confusing, unreliable, or poorly configured
What this can include
Practical help sized for a small business.
- Troubleshooting for office computers and common business software
- Business email, user accounts, and permissions
- Shared files, cloud storage, and folder organization
- Printer, Wi-Fi, and basic network troubleshooting
- New-computer and new-employee technology setup
- Backup setup, review, and practical recovery planning
- Vendor coordination and plain-English technology advice
A good fit for
- Owner-operated businesses with roughly 2–25 employees
- Teams without a dedicated internal IT person
- Businesses that need occasional support without a large managed-services contract
- Owners who want a dependable local technology contact
Not sure whether your problem fits this category? That is normal. Describe what is happening and I’ll help determine the right starting point.
How I approach it
Solve the business problem without making the solution bigger than it needs to be.
- 01
Understand the interruption
We start with what is not working and how it is affecting the business—not a checklist of products to sell.
- 02
Fix the immediate problem
I troubleshoot the issue, explain the practical options, and agree on the work before making a larger change.
- 03
Reduce repeat problems
When useful, I document the fix and recommend a small improvement that can keep the same issue from returning.
Common questions
Straight answers before you call.
Do I need a monthly IT contract?
No. One-time troubleshooting and defined projects are welcome. Ongoing support can be discussed later if it becomes useful for both sides.
Can you work remotely?
Many account, software, email, and configuration problems can be handled remotely. Hardware, networking, and certain office issues may require an on-site visit.
Do you support both Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace?
Yes. Support can include account setup, email, permissions, shared storage, and common day-to-day configuration problems in either environment.
